Together with the typical local cold cuts such as coppa di Rovescala or salami di Varzi we offer cured Parma ham and a choice of various appetizers such as salted quiche or with vegetables, Venere rice in salads, cold roast beef and others. All the pastas are homemade: lean and non-lean ravioli, tagliolini, tagliatelle, pizzoccheri in season seasoned with the widest variety of flavors. And then: special first courses such as bucatini with cheese and pepper, orecchiette with broccoli or tagliatelle with lime prawns. A variety of flavors to suit any palate.
We offer high quality meat, from cattle raised in Italy and fed under the control of the Department of Veterinary Sciences of Bologna. Our flagship is Wagiulem meat, the famous and very fine Kobe beef finally produced in Italy with an innovative technique and a breeding based on cereals, beets and potatoes as well as a daily ration of beer. The cattle are then massaged manually with a horsehair glove in order to distribute the fat within the muscle.
The restaurant also offers a wide range of homemade desserts, prepared with care and using only the highest quality raw materials.
